A really great dealership

I was considering driving to this dealership from Chicago (1.5hr drive) because they had the car I wanted. I worked with Rick over the phone and he answered all my questions and he quickly got be all the info I needed to be comfortable to make the trip. He gave me his word that it was worth the trip... and he was right! I loved working with this dealership. They were warm and welcoming, a breath of fresh air after trips to Chicagoland dealers. I would highly recommend the team here and especially my sales guy Rick. If you want a NO BS car buying experience, this place is great.

This is a great dealership. I loved my buying experience from them. I always thought dealers a boring and takes 3-4 hours if you want a car. I once helped a friend to his dealer and it took us 4-5 hours to get his car. When I came to Napletonauto sales, my experience was awesome. They have a great team and very good co-ordination amongst themselves. They wont waste your time. They always talk straight forward and are honest about the deal. If you like the car and if deal works out for you, they can finish up paperwork and other formalities in less than an Hour.. That's pretty quick.. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family and would do business with them again.

I've come to expect being approached almost instantaniously at a dealership, that is there job I am assuming. But one thing I DID notice of you guys, is that you didn't treat me like a JUST A CUSTOMER. I knew what car I wanted BEFORE I stepped foot into the dealership. The sales rep was going to make or break the deal. NOT ONCE did I feel pressured into buying my Benz. I was asked what I use the car for, what I need the car for and what I expect out of my car. After answering those questions, he led me to the exact car I had in mind. Now, I knew what I wanted, but I wanted to see if there was a genuine interest in what I was looking for, or if the salesman was just trying to chalk up another sale... Needless to say, I WILL BE RETURNING TO NAPLETON BOURBONNAIS FOR ALL OF MY NEEDS!

Just wanted to thank you for a painless car buying experience, we love our new Q7! We really enjoyed working with you and I'm so glad that you insisted on us driving the Audi to compare it to the other vehicle we were interested in purchasing. If we wouldn't have driven the Q7 I think we would have settled for the other one and ultimately I probably would not have been as happy as I am with the Q7. It was very refreshing to have a sales person that was more interested in our satisfaction than actually making a sale.
