But one thing I DID notice of you guys, is that you didn't treat me like a JUST A CUSTOMER. I knew what car I wanted BEFORE I stepped foot into the dealership. The sales rep was going to make or break the deal. NOT ONCE did I feel pressured into buying my Benz. I was asked what I use the car for, what I need the car for and what I expect out of my car. After answering those questions, he led me to the exact car I had in mind. Now, I knew what I wanted, but I wanted to see if there was a genuine interest in what I was looking for, or if the salesman was just trying to chalk up another sale... Needless to say, I WILL BE RETURNING TO NAPLETON BOURBONNAIS FOR ALL OF MY NEEDS!

We really enjoyed working with you and I'm so glad that you insisted on us driving the Audi to compare it to the other vehicle we were interested in purchasing. If we wouldn't have driven the Q7 I think we would have settled for the other one and ultimately I probably would not have been as happy as I am with the Q7.
